Our beautiful 1st floor 1/1 Hollywood Parc condo is in resort-style community, across from golf course. Perfectly situated 3-min. from Tri-Rail/train station and I-95; 7-min. to Turnpike; 10-min. to Hollywood Beach & boardwalk attractions.
Within... our community, you are steps away from lounging in the sun by one of TWO swimming pools and Jacuzzi. Enjoy a healthy lifestyle at your own pace play tennis, take a walk, or workout in our equipped fitness center. Walking distance to various restaurants, Starbuck, Target, CVS Pharmacy, and a few banks.
Our apartment has washer and dryer inside unit. Updated fresh paint, quartz countertop, neat cabinets, shower, toilet, 20" tiles throughout, and cooling fan. NO pop-corn ceiling. Your one-assigned parking spot is close to unit. Security during day and 24-hrs during weekend. Safe neighborhood, close to police station.
Owner pays for HOA and water. Renter will pay for electric and internet/cable. First month's rent and security/damage deposit due at signing (no exceptions). No smoking allowed. Only one- or two-persons rental. Absolutely, no subleasing apartment to others. The lease duration will be for ONE year. No pets by community rules. The renter MUST maintain premises in good condition. Rental payment is due by 1st of each month. A late fee of $75 will apply. (There will be a signed contract with all terms spelled.) Please Note: Condo Association has an approval process and a minimum 600+ credit score requirement. Renter will pay for community / HOA background check / credit background fee.
