Abraham (Ramy) was born in Peru and raised in Brazil. Between 1991 and 2003, Ramy worked primarily in the automotive industry, where he became CEO of Citroën and later of Mitsubishi motors, in the Brazilian State of Parana. During this time, he also became involved with the family real estate business, where he had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business. Ramy moved to South Florida in 2003, and in 2004, he decided to use his learnings and knowledge to start his real estate career in the commercial sector. He focused on finding investment properties and large-scale deals for his international investors and costumers from Argentina, Brazil, and Venezuela. Ramy´s first substantial deal was on a piece of land in front of the Gulfstream, in Hallandale Florida, which he sold for $3.8 million in 2005. When the market crashed in 2008, Ramy saw the investment opportunities and he started buying foreclosure properties in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. This enterprise eventually turned excellent profits for himself and his Latin American Investors. In his 21 years of real estate in South Florida, Ramy has sold over $300 Million worth of Residential and Commercial properties. In the last year alone, he has sold over 20 high-end pre-construction units. Ramy lives in Miami, Florida, and spends his spare time between his passion for cars and his wife and kids.
