We have been a tenant here for 2 years. It’s had its ups and downs as do most new buildings but overall we’ve enjoyed it here. We do wish we had a pool heater and or a hot tub for the cooler months. We how they will consider implementing it w the new ownership.

So far living here has been amazing, from the amenities to the look, apartments are super modern but it makes sense because the building has only been around for a few years. Everything is new and I'm very happy in this new chapter. You'll be in a prime location and the people around are quiet and seem friendly too. Great place to live if you're a young professional with a pet. being from Boca I had to make sure I found the right apartment and Boyd was incredibly helpful throughout the entire... process and made the entire experience of getting my first apartment very easy, clear, and was always happy to answer the millions of questions I had. Highly recommend!! And that goes to anyone working at the leasing office who will feel like a friend the moment you walk in.

Smooth onboarding process, staff is very attentive. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. The unit was turned in as expected. Two stumps, but staff was attentive right away.

Awesome. This place is a dream and I truly enjoy living here. I miss the old name of Aura, however I like everything here. The food trucks and the nice nights sitting by the pool. It’s the best
