Throughout Erika’s 27+ years in Fort Lauderdale (and counting), Erika has handled everything from leases and sales for commercial to high-end residential properties in the Fort Lauderdale area. A member of the National Association of Realtors, her clients include local restaurant owners, informed market investors, land developers, and international clients. As an estate agent, Erika Axani focuses upon the unique and hugely appealing South Florida lifestyle and in particular Fort Lauderdale, the Venice of America. Her listings vary from a luxury oceanfront townhome to a brand new development in Lighthouse Point. As an analyst, she has developed her expertise in identifying the best opportunities for her customers by studying the data and matching her inventory to her clients’ needs. As a mother of young twins, Erika enjoys an active and fun south Florida lifestyle as a waterfront resident in Lauderdale by the Sea. In 2010, Erika co-founded a quarterly happy hour event supporting Broward Children’s Center, which raised enough money to build a modern recreation center for children with special needs and to aid in the repair of their young adult living facilities. She currently sits on the Board and raises money, offers tours, and solicits local volunteers. In addition to her collaboration with Broward Children’s Center, she is a founder in Envision Broward with the United Way, an Outreach Committee member with Mission United supporting our local veterans, and a donor in Women United. In honor of all her charitable contributions, Erika Axani was named one of one hundred Outstanding Women in Broward County by the Boys and Girls Club and Sun Sentinel’s Budding Philanthropist in 2012.
