The kitchen area includes a full bathroom leading to the exterior pool patio, a laundry room with a full washer and dryer, and a second sitting room/family room with views of the pool and intracoastal. The exterior boasts a heated private waterfront pool, a north-facing dock with deep water access, a propane grill, an exquisite outdoor fireplace, 8 sun loungers, cozy outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining table that seats 6.
Dock usage is complimentary and available for boats up to 50' Ft in length, including 2 x 100 Amp connections, 2 x 50 Amp connections, a water hose, and tide slides. Please note that owners currently use part of the dock and it is off-limits for guests. A pack n play, highchair, booster seat, travel bassinet, and baby tub are available. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars; no on-street parking is allowed. The garage is not available for guest use. Beach chairs, beach bags, an umbrella, sand toys, and a drink cooler are provided.

It's conveniently located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, between Miami and the Palm Beaches, with close proximity to major highways and Fort Lauderdale International Airport. The property borders Lauderdale Beach to the east, with the ocean and beaches just a few minutes away. Las Olas Boulevard, famed for its food, shopping, and entertainment, is a short drive away, offering dining, shopping, activities, and entertainment in every direction. Fort Lauderdale, known as the “Venice of America,” provides easy access to many marinas, Everglades National Park, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, and cultural attractions like the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 8:00. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not allowed inside or outside by any open window/door. Smoking is permitted on balconies or patios as long as the doors and windows are closed. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for a fee of $100 plus tax each. Guests must submit an ID for access, and the minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines. Parties are NOT permitted. Exterior security cameras are present and should not be tampered with or covered. Locked compartments are for owner and rental agent use only. Guests are not permitted to board, tamper with, or damage any boats docked at the property. A pet fee of $35 per day of occupancy plus tax applies if pets are permitted, with a maximum of two pets allowed. A $250 fee will be deducted from the refundable deposit if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. Guest pets must be leashed at all times when outside the property and are not allowed on the beach. Violation of the pet policy may result in additional fines or termination of the rental term. Guests are responsible for any charges incurred for long-distance calls or other services. Tampering with pool and/or spa equipment is prohibited. Upon checkout, guests must place all trash in proper outdoor bins, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the cycle, raise the air temperature to 76 degrees, lock all doors, and place keys in the lockbox if applicable. No lifeguard is available on the premises. Guests must use the pool, water, and dock with great care and supervise children at all times.
