The hot tub by the pool has been cold and broken for the past TWO MONTHS despite multiple complaints to management each time being met with a different excuse. Also issues with apt maintenance.

For 6 months I had about 5000 gnats hatch every week in my apartment. I kept no food and had to bomb the house at least once a week and they would be gone two days and come back until I finally moved out. Management told me to leave out bowls of soap and vinegar to kill them (Do you know how bad that smells?) They lost my checks before and tried to blame me until they found them 3 months later. Neighbors were friendly. My roommates brand new car also got stolen they have no secure. Management... are the most useless rude people. I lived here for four years. ( When it was first built) and it went downhill so bad. Do not recommend ever.

Do you like mold in your apartment? How about if you have mold do you want it to just sit there and not be cleaned? Well then this is the complex for you. Mold in my apartment was never cleaned. They ignored it to the point I vacated the apartment and left all my belongings Bc I was getting physically sick. Oh yeah and then they started eviction proceedings against me. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEIR MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE I cannot stress this enough. By living here you are actually... putting your life at risk! STAY AWAY AND PASS THE WORD

Have an issue? Too bad, office never answers the phone or responds to email.
Place is full of bugs, they charge you for pest control but its clear they don't do it.
Rent goes up over 10% at renewal
Trash is left out by most tenants which attracts cats and more bugs
