I’ve lived here for 4 years now and let me just say yes it was under horrible management before but for the past 2 years things have changed drastically and I’m grateful I haven’t left! Maintenance gets things done in a timely matter and the office staff are always a delight & super helpful! 10/10!

I’ve been living here for 2 years and I can only say great things about Arbor Oaks! When I first mo ed in the management was not great but quickly after that there was a change and for the past 1.8 years I’ve had nothing but great experiences! The amenities are top notch, the office staff super friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick to respond. Highly recommend if you are looking in west Boca

My apartment was the best. The office and manager always helpful. Maintenance on top of everything and quick to respond. And the location is fantastic. Definitely love living here!
