The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, is fully tiled, and features central A/C, a large swimming pool, and laundry facilities on site. Rent includes water, sewer,... trash removal services, 1 assigned parking space, pool maintenance, and pest control services.

The property is in a great location in Hollywood - just steps from Federal Highway, your new apartment is a short walk to a major grocery store chain and several fast food options on Federal Highway. The location provides quick and easy access to all the events on Young Circle, the shops and restaurants on Hollywood Boulevard, the airport, and Port Everglades.

We impose a limit of 2 people in a 1-bedroom apartment. Small pets (25lbs or less) are welcome here - limit of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a monthly pet fee (per pet) that is additional and due at lease signing. Leases are for 12 months, proof of renters insurance is required at move in, we don't collect the last month of rent in advance, you must have a valid US Social Security number to fill out the application, and we won't rent to you if you've been evicted or had eviction paperwork filed against you in the last 5 years.

$80 non-refundable application per person over the age of 18
12 month leases
Background Screening is REQUIRED
Renters Insurance is REQUIRED at move in
MINIMUM move in cost = 2 months rent (first full month of rent + 1 month of security)
