DO NOT live at Cameron Cove- I repeat, DO NOT live here! I’ve lived her for 2 years. The first was fine. Yet, this second year has been not so great. There was MOLD growing in my apartment for the first year and a half. I notified the office and they didn’t even come in to look at it for 2 months! Can you imagine what I was breathing in? Further, despite my multiple inquiries, the property manager has yet to give me a report of what they found. They hide behind lawyers and the common response is... “I’ll have to speak to my regional manager” to which they never get back to you. Communication between the office and tenants is horrible. They never call back or return calls. We just had 5 days of NO HOT WATER which is illegal, but they don’t care- I’ve yet to hear of any compensation, not even an apology. Also, the AC has gone out for days at a time and in the summer heat having no AC is deadly. But they get to go home to their houses that have air conditioning so they don’t care about us who are left in the smoldering heat. It’s truly sad that this is what the place has come to. This place is convenient to everything... highways, shopping centers, universities and colleges, great restaurants, etc. The apartment complex on a whole is well kept and super quiet, and you have to love the fact that AC is included in the rent. That's AWESOME! Management is great and very welcoming too.

However, the kitchen is very small, the water is almost always VERY hot regardless if the knob is turned to the hot or cold side; which happens if you live in the bld that is next to the... boiler room. They could also do with more washers and dryers in the bld. The most ANNOYING thing for me are the EXTREMELY thin walls. So, God help you if you happen to live beneath that annoying neighbor who exercises at nights and stomps like crazy with no regard for the tenant living beneath them. Also, God forbid if you live next to neighbors whose nightly activities are so loud that you are awakened by shaking walls, groans, moans, and other sounds in the wee hours of the morning. Read More

Property claims to have "free" a/c, only problem is its broken more than it works. Currently no a/c for over 24 hours. In the middle of the summer. No a/c in 90 degree weather is unbearable. I would rather pay for an a/c that works!! And of course the girls in the leasing office don't care, they have a proper function a/c unit!
Always what breath taking views??? The dirty lake that's had a dead duck floating in it for 3 months!!!?

Me and my boyfriend are in love with this apartments. We have been living here for 3 months and have no complaints. Free AC and breath taking view. The remodeled apt are beutiful.
