Very poor maintenance and communication and virtually zero enforcement of lease agreements. Trash all over, never notified when tree trimmers in areas therefore many dead limbs not cut.

I have received zero follow up on my requests from the time I moved in. I have also received no response after I expressed my concerns with the mess that was made when my tub was repainted. The lack of communication has been very frustrating and I know other residents feel the same.

The property is nice. The maintenance team is excellent; very friendly, very fast, and got the jobs done quickly. I wish I hadn’t needed them.
There are NO lighting fixtures in any of the bedrooms. Come prepared to install them yourself or spend hundreds of dollars to get them installed. This is terrible.
You can very easily hear your neighbors above you. There’s little to no sound proofing.
