The property is nice. The maintenance team is excellent; very friendly, very fast, and got the jobs done quickly. I wish I hadn’t needed them.
There are NO lighting fixtures in any of the bedrooms. Come prepared to install them yourself or spend hundreds of dollars to get them installed. This is terrible.
You can very easily hear your neighbors above you. There’s little to no sound proofing.

Excelente lugar para vivir , comunidad super tranquila y respetuosa , su ubicación nos resulta estratégicamente buena para salir a las vías rápidas vehiculares , supermercados y gasolineras a 5 minutos , y la bendición de estar a 15b a 20 minutos de la Playa .
