This used to be a great place to live. We have no grass only dirt, sand and dead grass! The trees were not trimmed properly so dead branches are all over and easy to twist a foot or ankle on. Downspouts of gutters not installed properly and Victor refuses to install them properly.
When my apt was remodeled, they did not caulk the base to the backsplash, so I have to scrub it with a toothbrush. Also they did not properly caulk between the tub and tile on the tub area.

We understand how frustrating it can be to see landscaping issues such as... dirt patches, dead grass, and untrimmed trees. Resident safety is very important to us, and we take concerns about debris and uneven grounds seriously. We will be reviewing the condition of the grounds and addressing any necessary trimming and cleanup.
We also appreciate you bringing the gutter downspout and caulking concerns to our attention. Proper installation and finishing details are important, especially following a remodel. We would like the opportunity to inspect the items you mentioned, including the backsplash base and tub/tile caulking, to ensure everything is completed correctly and to standard.
Please contact the leasing office directly so we can schedule a time to assess these concerns and work toward a resolution. We value your residency and hope to restore your confidence in our community.

Moved in August 2025, friendly neighbors, dog friendly, comfortable size living spaces, convenient to all. Not that Ive had any crazy issues but whenever I have spoken to the office all have been nice and helpful.
