WARNING — NO PARKING

The garage is going through MAJOR structural work and there is LIMITED to NO parking in the garage- do NOT move in until the work is done, which is likely years from now due to permitting and the city and contractors and such.... They ARE towing people, current residents are upset they have to park in the next building over, or in spots they are afraid they will get towed, oh and of course the leasing office doesn't care and just sends out generic emails with useless updates.... When you move in... and can't find parking, don't say I didn't warn you ;)

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Don’t move here. It’s so over priced and the management company is absolutely horrible. None of my appliances work in my apartment and they don’t do anything about it at all. They don’t replace them and they put minimal effort forth into trying to fix them. They just don’t care. For the amount of rent they charge is nerve considering the condition this place is in management wise and the condition of the apartments. They are old and out... dated, the pool is always filthy and in need of being cleaned. The garage is not safe people are driving 40mph through the garage at any given time. There are constantly break ins into the garage into cars, the ground are not safe or secure and again management does nothing to change or fix it. The office manager doesn’t even want to be bothered dealing with resident issues, they don’t even put you on the phone with her or allow you to speak to her in person they push you off to the front desk for whatever problem you’re having. Do yourself a favor and for the rent you’ll pay go down the block to Auora. I’m subject to a $300 increase when my lease it up and no shot in hell I’m paying that to stay in this dump. Really going downhill fast

Amazing place to live and super peaceful. Not too much noise, great access to everything around and the staff are so kind. Denise definitely helped us out in getting into a great apartment and the process was super easy. Overall, definitely recommend if you are looking for an apartment.
