I'm writing this review in appreciation for how well they treated me and my family while we lived there. I lived in Cynthia Gardens for 7 years and I loved it. It's a quiet, clean, and very well maintained complex. The customer service is excellent. They have a amazing maintenance crew, full time, and in the rare occasion something broke, they were there to fix it the same day, usually within the hour, with no hassle.
Also, the strength of these buildings is incredible. They are made of... concrete inside and out, and have hurricane impact windows. While living there I went through hurricane Irma, and bunch of smaller storms before that, and I got to tell you, it felt like a breeze.
We moved only because my family outgrew the place, but I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and quiet one bedroom in a well managed community.

I have been living at Cynthia Gardens for just about 5 years and i can honestly say that this place is the best place to be living in. I have been treated with nothing but respect, the maintenance is is always on time and always ready to help, whenever i put a request in, they always make sure they come on the same day. The Staff in the office is extremely friendly and always on top of their game, always finding ways to make sure we are comfortable and happy. The price to live here is very... affordable. I have no complains and can only think of good things to say about this place. I absolutely love Cynthia Gardens.

Cynthia Gardens offers great one bedroom apartments at a good price in the area. The walls are thick concrete so there are never any issues with neighbors being too loud. The common lawn areas have recently been renovated and all the windows in the apartments have been replaced with energy saving windows. Maintenance has always been prompt and cordial with any issues. The few times there has been a problem I've told the leasing office before I left for work and it's always been fixed when I... got back. The pool is a bit small and they are recently repaving some of the street around the apartment so there is dust everywhere but it will only help in the end. I have recommended them to my friends.
