Beautiful property with amazing units and amenities and the location is great. But be aware of the third-party parking service they just added. You have to pay for guest to park all times of the day, it’s gonna cost about $13to park the entire day. What they should do is make you pay for parking after a certain time at night.And the ticket is gonna cost you $55 dollars and if not paid in a timely manner it will cost $90. They want to give tickets for guest but do not want tow someone when they... park is someone else’s assigned spot. In addition to they promised that a gate will be installed for the parking garage and nothing has happened. I feel like this can get very hectic since it’s private group and they can become money hungry when the place start to fill up with tenants.

This brand-new community is going to be absolutely stunning once completed! I was able to do a hard hat tour with the property manager and he was the best. He was very professional, and you can tell her cared. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The finishes are stunning. I can't wait to tour again once to product is complete.
