Upon entry into the home you’ll walk into an open shared space consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen area. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are on the lower level. There is a 55+ long-term retired educator who occupies this room with her hypoallergenic service dog (approx. 20lbs.)

Just off of the kitchen, a set of stairs will lead to to the second level of the home consisting of 3 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

(Room A) Master Room is furnished with a King size bed, walk-in closet, two night stands, and a dresser. $900/ month

(Room B)- Student room furnished with student desk, night stand and full size Captain sleigh bed with storage drawers. Walk-in closet. $950/ month

(Room C)- Room with Private Balcony: Includes Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, Student Desk and Office Supplies. Contents can be removed to allow more space for personal belongings. $900/ month

Two full baths (shared).

Looking for someone who honest, clean, inviting, quiet and is looking for a quiet space to join and be apart of a family environment.

Max of one additional person/room, for an additional $300/ month. No pets allowed. Must have sustainable references and show honesty, integrity and sincerity.
