Plenty of storage. Rent includes water, trash removal, electricity, Wifi. Non smoker/Non vaping only. Also, we do not allow overnight guests i.e. boyfriend/girlfriend overnights to maintain our drama free environment :)Walk or bike to FAU Campus in a few minutes...close to shopping at Publix or Whole Foods and Town Center Mall just a mile away. Boca beaches and Downtown are just minutes away. Very nice, safe, quiet neighborhood...Approx 250 square feet of living space.Room recently refurbished, new paint and window treatments. No laundry available...laundry service, Happy Nest can be utilized or other. Minimum 6 month lease which converts to month-to-month for as long as mutually desirable.
