Yes ! I am renting a room for $500 walking distance to the FAU. There is currently a tenant in one of the rooms. The room has a walking closet. The apartment has a nice view to the pool and grass area. There is a clubhouse and 2 pools. being right in... front of campus make this property accessible to many good places in the area, very close to the mall and restaurants, also by car the beach is like 10 minutes. The availability is immediate occupancy and the lease is for one year. The current tenant pays around $70 in electricity, $40 internet and cable which needs to be divided between him and the other new tenant. There is one parking spot that can be share between the 2 tenants, however there are plenty of guests spots. If you want to go take a look at the apartment let me know I am available to show you any time.
