Private Room and Bath in shared home near campus

I am a 59 year old female. The last of my children is leaving for college and I will be living alone. I have a furnished room with private bath in my home available to rent. You will have full use of the home (kitchen, laundry etc) and rent will... include all utilities. I am looking for someone to possibly share the space with me. I do have 3 dogs (2 small that usually go to work with me and 1 bigger. Bigger dog is older and sleeps all day). My house is neat, clean and smoke free. I would like to keep it that way. I have a fenced in private yard (small) and live in a safe and quiet neighborhood where we all look out for each other. I will post pictures soon.
