Run don't walk
3/24/26
I was a real resident but I am not sharing my personal information.
This was the worst "luxury" apartment I have ever lived in. First off, the walls were as thin as a piece of paper. If your neighbor sneezed, be polite and tell them "bless you". Don't get me started on if they play music, randomly like to yell at the top of their lungs, argue or have animals that howl for hours and defecate/urinate in the halls and elevator. They didn't even bother to enforce a quiet atmosphere for working... professionals, they did not care whatsoever.
Parking was a joke. Someone was always in my assigned spot and they just told me to park somewhere else until the person moved. Let's not forget that all spots are assigned so you can't even park in the garage then. There were only a few (literally 4-5) spots for guest parking so if that was full as usual be prepared to pay for parking where there were a few pay by phone spots. If you plan to have guests be prepared to either ask them to pay or pay for them. Or have them park 2-3 minutes away from the building and walk to you.
The "concierges" didn't answer the phone after hours. I literally came downstairs as I was calling and she was just staring at the phone not answering it and still had the worst attitude. It was like you were bothering her because she didn't want to be there. There was only one guy that was helpful, anyone else - forget it.
Getting back your deposit is a joke. Just label it money spent that you will not get back.
Worst of all the leasing office did not care about any of my complaints. Very nice when trying to sell you on the apartment, but once you sign on the dotted line be prepared to not get a normal night's sleep then have to get up for work to pay to live in pure horror. And don't have a day off and want to get some sleep, it's loud at all hours. After 15 months of living in horror. I finally got to move somewhere that cares about their residents.
