San Merano at Mirasol offers one, two, and three bedroom apartments on Portofino Drive in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and is the only rental home community within Mirasol. Residences feature stainless steel appliances, hardwood style flooring,... designer kitchen finishes, smart home technology, and private patios or balconies, with floor plans named for championship golf courses. Community amenities include a resort style pool and spa, a clubhouse with a billiards room, a fitness center, and a sand volleyball court, plus neighborhood lakes and a walking trail. The community sits minutes from PGA National Resort and Spa, which operates separately. The Gardens Mall, Legacy Place, and Downtown at the Gardens bring Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, and upscale dining within a short drive. PGA Boulevard connects to Florida's Turnpike and I-95, with Juno Beach east and Palm Beach International Airport south. Professionally managed by MORGAN
Place is run down. Spraying for cockroaches does not work. Maintenance men are very busy here. Not a gated community. Gates are always open. The pool has become a big party scene much like in the movie Caddyshack. People come in from outside and there is no security or lock on the pool. No enforcement of anything. The Manager is the rudest person you will ever meet and very condesending when you ask about charges etc. Good luck trying to get into the hottub which is filled with kids and has to be services many times. Wonder why? Watch your monthly billing statement like a hawk. Community is now very overpriceed. The market has come down quite a bit. They have over 50 avaialble apartments at the moment. They offer 1 free month plus waive app fee for new tenants and they riase the rent of existing tenenats. About a $500 per month difference. Moving out as soon as I can.

Horrible Service
Trying to get anything done or done correctly is near impossible. Rat infested buildings. Foundation leaks. Poor communication. I can’t even begin to describe the ignorance of this development.
