I am a PhD student and work for FAU full time. I own this townhome and am looking to rent out the other upstairs bedroom that has its own private... en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. Since I own the home, you can paint or customize your room and bathroom however you want! I have a dog, cat, and some reptiles so you must be okay with pets :-) but they will not be your responsibility. If you have a pet of your own we can discuss! I am very chill and respectful and like to hang out by the pool, go to the beach, watch tv, and do crafts. I am neat and clean and am happy to share everything in the house with you! "Lease" length is flexible and you do not have to pay first/last/security. $1300 includes all utilities. Please message me with any questions!
