I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice before signing a lease.
For months, I have been dealing with repeated late-night disturbances coming from a neighboring apartment, including loud screaming and excessive noise that regularly continues into the early morning hours. The lack of sleep and constant disruptions have had a significant impact on my quality of life.
I have reported the issue to management multiple times, provided emails, documentation, and evidence, yet the problem continues. What has been most disappointing is not just the ongoing noise, but the apparent inability or unwillingness to effectively resolve a situation that has been repeatedly brought to management’s attention.
Every resident deserves the basic right to peacefully enjoy their home. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Instead of feeling comfortable in my apartment, I spend many nights wondering whether I will be able to sleep.
If you are looking for a quiet community and responsive management, I would strongly encourage you to carefully consider your options before moving here. Based on my experience, tenant concerns regarding ongoing disturbances are not handled in a way that provides meaningful resolution.
Update: The disturbances are still occurring despite multiple complaints, emails, and supporting evidence provided to management. The issue remains unresolved.

Not Luxury
Horrible management. Gym equipment like the treadmills, and bikes don’t work with no explanation. They say they enforce towing but they actually don’t. The jacuzzi is broken 5/10 with no explanation. Tv at the pool is just for decorations and doesn’t actually work. Gate breakdown every 3 months. Maintenance might as well be non existent they will let you sit for 3 weeks because they are so “busy”. Water is only hot in the sinks not the showers. Appliances look new but dryer takes 7 cycles to dry, dishwasher barely washes dishes. The grounds look like crap there is trash everywhere behind the buildings and they don’t care. They let residents put bikes strollers and all other items under the stairway which is such a hazard. Trash piles up at the compactor because management does not enforce rules. Over priced for cheaply made apartments, they bring food trucks to try to distract you. Steer away from this property there are much better in Davie. Worst living experience. 0/10

love it here
I been living here for about a year and I love it. The Leasing agents are very friendly and the maintained staff is very quick to fix anything the same day or the day after. Gym and pool are also nice.
