I been living here for about a year and I love it. The Leasing agents are very friendly and the maintained staff is very quick to fix anything the same day or the day after. Gym and pool are also nice.

I’ve been in my unit at Solle Davie less than a month but I feel so at home already! Very quiet and nice area. The management team is lovely! Tiffany and Liane are always super helpful and willing to do whatever they can to satisfy all tenants here. The place is so spacious and beautiful. I have no complaints I would highly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful, safe and quiet area to rent to look no further!!! Solle is the place for you :) also I would like to add how helpful Tiffany was during my move in day. I work during the office’s business hours so picking up my keys would mean someone would have to stay behind after hours for me and Tiffany happily did just that with no problem! I greatly appreciated the efforts in all that she did to ensure my move in went smoothly! Again, I’m happy here and If I have any concerns I’m more than positive once I reach out to the team I’ll be answered and serviced in a timely manner. Very professional and helpful..10/10 :)
