After living there for a month the ac went out, it took them days to come fix, had a Hugh termite problem, the upstairs bathroom had a leak and caused a hole to grow and grow in the ceiling, the sliding glass door never locked the gave me a piece of 2x4 to secure it, then they so called replaced the ac unit and soon after it started leaking and I came home to all of downstairs being flooded! And BC of all the issues they evicted me.
