I don't usually write reviews but my experience here as been nothing less than stellar. Upon leasing, I was looking for a ground floor apt due to my senior dog's limitations with stairs. At the time, only a 2nd floor was available. After I secured my lease, Rick called me to inform me he got me a 1st floor. On my move in, the apartment is great. Any issues I have had (which are very few), have been taken care of that same day. All of the staff are friendly and attentive not only to me, but to... my dog who has recently passed. I would visit the office on a daily basis while walking my dog and the before we could reach the door, the property managers would already have a treat in hand. That was my dog's highlight of the day, to go see Rick and Claudia and greet the maintenance staff on a daily basis. This place has been under New Management for the last couple of years and the new owners are putting in a lot of extra effort . Rick the property manager is very helpful and a nice guy. I haven’t had any maintenance issues, except for a few minor things that were taken care of promptly. The downtown location is fantastic and it’s minutes to the beach. Overall a really good value for the money.

I honestly couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The property manager is very attentive and is always on top of the complex. The staff is warm and respond quickly if there is ever a problem. I shopped around for a while and found Realm to be the best bank for my buck !! Realm offers a very safe and kid friendly environment, I would recommend it to anyone looking to make East Boca their home.

The best part about this complex is the location. It's minutes from the beach and Mizner park, and relatively close to Towncenter. The individual units are very small and are pretty bare. There's no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit. There are 2 community washers and dryers per building costing a total of $3 per load ($1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry). It's an inconvenience more than anything, and the fact that they don't give you the option of having your own washer and dryer is annoying. I'd... gladly buy my own, but they don't have the hook ups in the unit. There is no light fixture in the bedroom or living room so you need lamps. I've had little maintenance issues, but when they have come up maintenance has been prompt. The train is obnoxious at night time. Overall it's not the worst place you could live, but you can find much better for a comparable price. I'm also not sure why above it states there are hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a microwave. My apartment, nor any other I've been in at the complex, has any of those things. Read More

Its a nice community and the property managers do their best to upkeep. But this is an old unit with very little air flow especially in the bathroom with a fan that goes to a closed off attic. Suitable for location and price.
