Apartment homes feature stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz countertops, full-size washers and dryers, wood-style flooring, spacious walk-in closets, and private patios or balconies, creating a welcoming retreat in the heart of Davie.
Great property with very nice interiors and the buildings are cute. Appliances and everything all up to date and never had any issues with utilities or shortages. Management and maintenance were great as well, never waited long for a single work order. The only downside here is the guest parking. When the lease was signed we were told there was no guest registration or anything and then 5 months in they started enforcing guests to park only in front of the leasing office.
This is obviously very annoying and inconvenient if you live in a distant building. Other than that I've loved my time here and am sad to leave.

No Regrets
As a picky renter, I found this complex to be excellent. I would highly recommend it. The area, upgrades and maintenance of the grounds is impeccable. The size of the apartments are great and the upkeep is way better than most complexes. They are almost like new. Neighbors were quiet, hardly knew they were there. Very safe, never had or saw an incident. Maintenance team was great and always on time, I never had to wait for long for repairs, even though I hardly had any. The new management of Kayla and Stephen were awesome. Always pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I can't say enough great things about this apartment complex. I wish I didn't have to leave or they were selling them. I will miss this place immensely.
