This apartment complex is amazing for college student who want a quite, clean space for themselves. The apartments are big and have tones of room for three people. The landlord and people who work here are always so kind and helpful. I recommend this area for anyone because of the amazing job they have done. Been living at vie villas for a year and renewed my lease.

I lived at Vie Villas for almost a year. It started off lovely until new management took over. Although units began to fill up and there were less vacancies, which is good for the company itself, the problems began to increase. It seemed like the new manager put a lot of the budget toward increasing security, only to hire security guards that fall asleep at the gate or go on break when they please, leaving it impossible for residents and guests to get in at times. Secondly, management also... neglected to hire a new maintenance man for around 2 months. My unit had a broken dryer for more than a month that needed to be tapped shut to work. Furthermore, when we addressed our issues with the manager directly, and then follow up with her on a later date and she said to our faces that we never even spoke with her about it in the first place. The last thing I’d like to address is the fact that management was asking residents to help them move furniture for them, for free, and then would proceed to have a bad attitude if we did not want to help them, when we truly should not have to. This is just a little bit of what my roommates and I had to go through. But if you do choose to move here make sure you take plenty of photos for your move in inspection because the new manager will charge you for damages that are pre-existing (most units have old/worn out furniture and appliances). This is my first year here and I love it they really go the extra mile to make sure their residents are safe even went the extra mile to double secure from gates so we feel safe very clean nice place

The property is quite lovely with plentiful amenities like bus service to and from Uni, A gym, pool, and courtyard. There is also a security guard to help keep health and safety in check. These convenient resources are included in rent. The units are newly furnished with appliances and furniture. Close to Lynn University & Florida Atlantic University. Even though all of the appliances and furniture are new, things are constantly breaking. My roommates and I put in at least 3 maintenance requests a week. The maintenance guy is aweSome and always fixes things but it’s just ridiculous to pay such a high price for such low quality apartments. Our air conditioner has broken, washer and dryer broke, toilets had problems, showers had problems, couch broke, ants everywhere, garage door remotes never work.
