Can never contact a person when in need of maintenance. There is an office on property but rarely there. If they are there is on a few hours open but don’t come lunch hour which winds up being lunch 3 hours. Needs all new management. Very frustrating.

i’ve lived here for 2 years. they cut a whole in my wall and never repaired it. I DONT HAVE HANDLES PN MY FRIDGE. they suck. they set up a new system to pay rent and they will not help the residents set it up. i’ve called for the last 4 DAYS and got NO RESPONSE.

What used to be a chill place to live is now an absolute mess. Management comes in and out of apartments as they please with little to no notice. They are absolutely unprofessional and I have never been so happy to move out of some where in my life. I would rather live in the dorms than renew my lease under this new management. I was at first very excited thinking a new chain of command would be beyond amazing and just what this place needs buy they have no boundaries and are the most... unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Absolutely ridiculous.

Boca Raton is an amazing place to live. Although I've only lived her a few months, Waterford Bay makes it even more fantastic. Nice people, friendly staff and walking distance to almost every amazing restaurant around town.
