dissatisfied with the maintenance, infrastructure, and noise from the road. The amenities are nice. I wish there were more study rooms/areas in the lobby. Had a couple bad experiences getting locked out of my apartment because the key fobs do not work.

Horrible management, the building is basically falling apart, residents don't clean up after their animals, businesses under building are loud. Not a good experience at all!

I moved here in late July for NSU. Zona Village is a great choice for someone who wants to live in a safe and quiet community. I appreciate living near a gas station, Publix, Trader Joe's, and CVS. The retail in this building is a unique feature. The pool area is well-maintained.

My experience at Zona Village has been nothing short of awesome! The staff, particularly Brianna and Michael, have been incredibly helpful throughout the showing, leasing and moving in process. Their support made their transition really smooth and stress free. Zona Village is located in the Town of Davie which offers easy accessibility to shopping, restaurants, parks and schools. Great location and wonderful new manger mike! And his team make the place safe and clean. Also great pool area, and have never seen a better gym equipment
