Thank you for the major improvement with not having garbage at the mailbox area. Just need the common area for the apartment entrance doors kept garbage free.
I would think garbage on the floor will promote bugs and rodents into the apartments.

I’ve lived here since 2016, and don’t have any complaints. Palm Trace is a comfortable place to stay! It’s quiet! Well kept and friendly staff!

It would be nice if there were events hosted more often. Wine nights- adults only, movie/popcorn night, Burger and hotdogs night, pool party, kids themed event etc.
