Loved my experince living at Palm Trace Landings . The leasing office is super nice , doing activities for tenants . Highly recommended to anyone looking to move to Davie area .

Amazing community it is 10 Minutes walking distance from Palm trace landings to Westport Plaza, where Publix is located. It is also a 15 minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale

Everything is fine. Haven't had any issues with theft in the mail room which is nice. However, there are still those who don't pick up dog waste along the walking path.
