I have seen about 4-5 different property managers since living here, the latest one of course as many do come in with lots of changes and regulations. With that being said, the dog receptacle area is always empty of bags, the trash is overflowing, there are grocery carts by this random shed that one boater uses to haul his items. You can also see bulk trash lying by the dumpster for weeks at a time. The only 24-hour security are cameras; it is not a gated community as listed on the website. ... There are several cars with flat tires that have been sitting there for months that occasionally get stickered, but then nothing. We do love the location; however it has gone down the past two years, but the rent keeps going up.

This is the apartment people dream of. I LOVE this place so much. Right when i moved in it was clean and amazing. The renovations they did are absolutely gorgeous. My favorite part is that you can walk along the marina. It has a nice breeze due to the water being right there so it’s nice on a hot day. The pool is amazing also with nice shaded areas to sit. The property manager Bella runs a tight ship here so you won’t have any problems either. Maintenance comes immediately when you have a... problem. Excellent management!! Very nice people too have not had any problems!

I’ve Been at Boca bend for a little over a year now and have no plans on moving any time soon. The apartment is beautiful and Bella is awesome and takes care of any problems you have immediately. The move in process was quick and painless. Highly recommend!
