I have lived in San Marino for 3 years! I love living here! San Marino has set the bar very high. They have a beautiful property and it is maintained very well. If you ever need anything, maintenance is there right away to fix any issues. Bella the property manager is top-notch! Very responsive and extremely helpful. If you are looking to move here, ask for Bella! She’s amazing and will take great care of you! I highly recommended living here!!

Great place to live

I have been a long term resident at this property going on 5 years now. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay.
The grounds and pool are always maintained.
The staff are courteous and professional, (especially Bella).
The buildings and my unit are maintained well.
I have never had any major issues, and if anything did happen, maintenance was there ASAP to assist me with any issues.
In addition, this is a great area. Shops, gyms, restaurants, & grocery stores are all in walking distance... . There’s a reason why I’ve lived here for multiple years! I urge anyone looking to rent in Boca to check this property out! -P.S

Bella was Amazing

Bella was really Amazing ! She was very Responsive with all the questions that we asked.
She made everything Seamless with our long distance move from Las Vegas , San Marino has the perfect location . Pretty much 9 min from the Beach , extremely close to the highway 95. The Unit was Clean . My family and I are happy with our Decision to move to Boca . The neighbors are very friendly. I highly recommend San Marino Townhomes.
